Rainbows

When cloudy skies block out the sun

And it rains on your parade

When all hope is lost at such a cost

You need not be afraid

For in yourself you'll find

The strength to make it through another day

When you feel like you could just lay down

And never get back up

So easy just to close your eyes

And the whole world goes away

But you'll find your feet and stand up straight

Your back against the wall

You will hold your ground

No longer young

Yet, you will stand up tall
